3. Credit Card Verification

• 4. Purpose

The Disclosing Party agrees to grant the Receiving Party access to certain original artworks and related materials (“Confidential Information”) solely for private viewing purposes.

• 5. Confidentiality Obligations

  The Receiving Party agrees:
  • Not to download, copy, save, screenshot, record, print, photograph, or otherwise reproduce any Confidential Information.
  • Not to share, publish, post, or distribute the Confidential Information.
  • Not to allow anyone else to access the Confidential Information using their credentials.
  • To use the Confidential Information only for personal viewing and evaluation purposes.
  • To keep all login details, content, and discussions strictly confidential

• 6. Ownership & Rights

  All Confidential Information remains the sole property of the Disclosing Party. No ownership, license, or intellectual property rights are granted by viewing the content.

• 7. Term

  This Agreement becomes effective upon signature and will remain binding indefinitely unless the Disclosing Party releases the Receiving Party in writing.

• 8. Remedies for Breach

  The Receiving Party acknowledges that unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information could cause irreparable harm to the Disclosing Party, who may seek legal and equitable remedies, including damages and injunctive relief.

• 9. Governing Law

  This Agreement will be governed by the laws of United States of America

• 10. Acknowledgment & Signature

  By signing below, the Receiving Party agrees to the terms of this Agreement and confirms that the credit card details provided are their own and valid for identity verification.
